The Adelina Shiraz vineyard was thought to be planted circa 1910. The gnarled old vines are beset in a shallow red loam on a base of limestone and slate. The two acres of vines infrequently produces more than one tonne to the acre, thus limiting production to 150 - 200 dozen per year.
